Simon Raven Joins NPS Industrial Power as President

NPS Industrial Power is pleased to announce that Simon Raven (P.Geol, MBA), has joined the team as President.

Simon is a results-driven leader with 23 years of experience managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals on diverse and challenging projects across North America and Internationally. He holds a B.Sc Geology Degree from the University of Calgary and completed the Cornell-Queens Executive MBA program in 2015.

Over the course of his career Simon has worked on a broad range of energy projects, including oilsands, heavy oil, coal bed methane, conventional natural gas production, and power generation. Most recently he applied his management skills in the blockchain industry and brings a unique combination of oil and gas, power and blockchain experience to the NPS team. Simon has held senior leadership positions in large corporations as well as start-ups and has co-founded and built businesses from the ground up. He is focused on shareholder value creation, operational excellence, environmental stewardship and empowering high-performance teams based on trust and collaboration.

As President, Simon is responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction of the company, ensuring the successful development of projects and driving growth and profitability. He is accountable for establishing and executing the company’s vision, mission, and objectives, while providing exceptional leadership and direction to all employees.
