DATA CENTER OPPORTUNITY
10 MW DATA CENTER DEVELOPMENT
NPS has an approved AUC permit for a proposed 10 MW data center development in Alberta. With land acquired and project planning completed, the development is positioned to move forward with future tenant agreements and build-out.

Innovative Energy Solutions
We develop fit-for-purpose distributed generation projects and negotiate for grid access, including inside the fence opportunities, and finance and ownership options.
We install and operate natural gas-fired generators on site to create power for sale to the grid or a third party buyer.
We acquire natural gas assets for the development of distributed power generation facilities and bring value-added propositions to power generation and cogeneration opportunities, including solar power projects.

Cogeneration and Energy Efficiency Improvements
We deliver load-displacement (inside the fence) cogeneration development strategies to reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiencies. This can include third-party cogeneration financing and NPS ownership arrangements.
