Mr. Lawrence has over 40 years of experience as Vice President Finance and CFO in both public and private oil and gas exploration and production companies most recently 8 years with Arsenal Energy Inc.  His experience includes not only financial accounting and reporting, taxation and banking but also significant involvement and experience in managing financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and investor relations.
