NPS Has a New Director with Eamon Hurley Joining the Board

NPS Industrial Power is pleased to announce that Eamon Hurley has joined the Board as Director.

Eamon has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector as both a legal and financial advisor. His legal practice focuses on the oil and gas industry, including both private and public companies, and involving both producers and service companies. Eamon is a partner in the energy group at a national Canadian law firm and prior to was counsel with the Calgary office of a global law firm. His legal experience also includes having served as General Counsel for the Canadian subsidiary of an American global independent oil and gas company that held assets in Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC and Ontario. He has also served as the General Counsel for two private international exploration companies with assets in SE Asia.

Eamon was also the managing director in the energy group of an independent investment bank and served on the investment committee of a diversified, energy focused, Western Canadian private investment fund headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan.

In the course of his experience, Eamon has been directly involved in relationships, negotiations and transactions with small cap entities, global majors, leading financial institutions and Middle Eastern and Asian sovereign wealth funds.
